Building Our Foundation

A recovery support group to assist individuals to achieve full sobriety after meeting several smaller milestones along their healing journey. Participants begin to define life goals and design their unique pathway towards those goals. The support group helps individuals recognize that recovery and change are gradual and continuous processes. Instead of getting fixated on one big-picture goal, SMART objectives help individuals create attainable short-term and long-term goals within a specific amount of time. And offers an opportunity to experience a great deal of satisfaction and a sense of achievement.
